1. Main Info
Furnace transformers designed to provide power for all kinds of electric furnaces.
Resistance furnace transformersare used in resistance furnaces and salt bath furnaces for mechanical parts heating, heat treatment powder metalurgy sintering, non-ferrous metal smelting, etc.
Since the resistance of the heating element istoo small, or the resistance of the heating element is too large during the heating process, a resistance transformer needs to be equipped between the furnace and the power grid to reduce and adjust the inputvoltage of the electric furnace.
Small-capacity, low-voltage resistance furnace transformers and salt-bath furnace transformers are mostlydry-type transformers with box shells and natural cooling.
Medium-capacity (hundreds to thousands of VA) resistance furnace transformers are mostly oil-immersed self-cooling transformers.
Large capacity is forced oil circulation water-cooled transformer.
The capacity of the electric furnace transformer is configured according to the size of the electric arc furnace and the smelting process.lt meets the requirements of the smelting process by means of pressure regulation.
There are two voltage regulation modes: on load voltage regulation and non excitation voltage regulation.

The voltage at the installation point of the FSVR line automatic voltage regulator meets the national standard GB/T12325-2008 power supply voltage deviation standard: the absolute value of the positive and negative deviations of the power supply voltage of 35kV and above shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage; the allowable deviation of the three-phase power supply voltage of 20kV and below is ±7% of the rated voltage; the allowable deviation of the 220V single-phase power supply voltage is +7%, -10% of the rated voltage.

Oil Filled Electrical Transformer Winding
The low voltage winding adopts the whole section of copper foil, which is wound on the special low-voltage foil winding machine with the F-grade insulation. The foil coil solves the outstanding problems such as low voltage, high current coil winding, high short-circuit stress, unbalanced ampere turns, poor heat dissipation effect, windingspiral angle, unstable manual welding quality and so on. At the same tim-e, the winding ends of our company aresealed with resin, cured and formed, moisture-proof and antifouling. The lead copper bar is automatically welded byargon arc welding. VII. Installation
1. The user is responsible for product installation, and the supplier can send after-sales service personnel to the site for guidance.
2. After the equipment is in place, the grounding wire should be used for multi-point grounding. The grounding resistance cannot be greater than 4 ohms, and the depth of the grounding body buried underground should comply with the grounding requirements of the power regulations.
