6 Inch Belt Type High-Speed Toroidal Transformer Winder Automatic Winding Machine
The toroidal winding machine is simply a winding machine used to produce toroidal transformers and toroidal coils. Composition: The ring winding machine is composed of three parts: the head, the fixture, and the machine base, and is different from the flat winding machine. The same head can only be applied to different wires after replacing the wire storage rings of different specifications. The product can be wound with different inner diameters, and the fixture also has a corresponding clamping range.
The winding machine adopts a digital controller, which is a digital programmed ring winding machine that can automatically and accurately calculate. Has the following advantages:
1. You can choose to match the belt type or side slider type head to improve the scope of application of the equipment and reduce the cost of equipment purchase.
2. Adopt advanced storage ring operation mode, and high production efficiency.
3. The wire storage and winding speed can be set separately.
4. Use the proximity switch to calculate the length of enameled wire, which can be calculated accurately and reduce the waste of enameled wire.
5. Use the optical sensor to count the number of coils, fast and sure.
6. You can choose different wiring directions, and set the number of repeated windings (angle) and the segment angle.
7. Digital program calculation can precisely control the spacing of the cables.

General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods such as machine equipment etc, we have a special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness, density, and length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent cracks and shock. We will inform you of the delivery note. You just need to wait for a phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station. (Please let me know in advance if you want to get the goods at home.)
