Product Description
The fully sealed transformer adopts the fully oil-filled sealed type. The corrugated tank shell is a permanently sealed tank with its elasticity adapting to the expansion of oil,can adapt to a variety of outdoor harsh environment ,which has been widely used in various power distribution equipment.
S11 belongs to the fully sealed distribution transformer with arollediron core.lt is a new generation of low-noise and low-loss transformers developed in recent years. lts iron core has no joints,which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, makingthe no-load carrying current reduced by 60% to 80%. The high andlow-voltage coils are wound continuously on the core column, thewindings are tight and the concentricity is good, which furtherenhances the anti-theft performance of the product. Noise drops bymore than 10 decibels. The temperature rise is 1620K lower. Dueto the continuous winding of the iron core (with a pure circularcross-section), the orientation of the silicon steel sheet is fullyutilized, reducing the no-load loss by 20% to 30%. The low-voltagewinding with a capacity of 630"25.0KVA adopts a cylindrical orspiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere.turn distribution, and good short-circuit resistance. Displacementoccurs, and at the same time, all fasteners are equipped withfastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners will not loosen duringthe long-term operation of the product, which meets the requirements of not hanging the core.
